We had the good fortune of connecting with Joshua Prince and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Joshua, what is the most important factor behind your success?
It’s not hard work when it’s GODs work! By believing that always, I’ve been able to grow and become successful ,by standing on the business keeping my morals and principles in tact and standing on faith and staying true to who GOD created me to be and knowing I’m here to do great things speaking it and allowing it to manifest.

What should our readers know about your business?
I’m co owner of a trucking company me and my fiancé started it in 2020. Our goal collectively when we set out was to gain wealth and finical freedom. My personal vision with the whole thing of entrepreneurship was to create jobs to help black men who were trying to become better so that they could lead better and become more productive in the community. One of the biggest problems for a black man who has been incarcerated or in the streets is finding suitable employment I wanted to be apart of the solution. Every person I’ve employed not only have I taken on the role of an employer but also a life coach to help them obtain goals of growing and doing better and becoming leaders rather it be their homes or community. I gravitated towards Real Estate after gaining an understanding of what purchasing real estate really meant far as breaking generational wealth curses and how valuable property ownership is for blacks and that most people around me didn’t actually could be home owners and didn’t even know it. Like I said my purpose at heart has always been to lead, guide and help those who GOD has placed in my path Im just a vessel used by the lord to display his grace and mercy.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Really don’t hang out much here lately it’s been all work. But catching a Mavs game is always great. Texas Live in Arlington of course one of my favorite spots is a soul food spot called Stormie Monday’s it on the East Side of Fort Worth great food.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
This is all Gods work but along with him first and foremost I’d have to give credit to my fiancé Niketricia Edwards for always pushing me and having my back, my children Jaya,Joshua Jr, Brandon and Jada for being my inspiration and motivation, and also my close friends and Real Estate brokers David and Pattie Pearson at Pattie Pearson Reality for taking me under their wings and mentoring me in real estate. I have a list of family and friends that support me so I could go on and on.
