We had the good fortune of connecting with Brianna Cunningham and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Brianna, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
As an extroverted people person, I pride myself on the relationships I build with clients and the customer service that is provided to any and every client or potential client. I graduated with a bachelors degree in hospitality management and believe that has also contributed to the customer service focus of me and my business. Every single client is treated with respect and love, which I believe, has led to my client retention percentage. I love every family and couple that I photograph, and without the focus and importance on cultivating each of those relationships, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
This journey has NOT been easy! It has been a long, uphill both ways type of journey. I’ve worked so hard to build my client base in a large metroplex, saturated city, and continue to try and do so! My differentiating factor that separates me from most other photographers is that, all of my sessions come with your entire edited gallery! No cap on how many photos clients can received. My theory is, why hold back a photo that I think the client will love? If I love it, I would assume they would too. I truly enjoy what I do, therefore, I give every client, every photo! Even in mini sessions! This puts extra work on me in my process but, when I connect with a photo on an emotional level, who am I to hold that back from the client?
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
A week long with my BFF from Florida?! YES PLEASE! I just love the locally owned restaurants and all of the fun outdoor activities! We would definitely do some kayaking on the Trinity River, hit up some local breweries and distilleries, Wild Acre Brewing, Silver Star Distillery and Black Eye Distillery are musts on the list!! A few restaurants we would have to hit, Heim bbq, HG supply, Pacific Table and Doc B’s!! Really ANYWHERE with a patio, good food and even better cocktails!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I wouldn’t be where I am without every single one of my clients. They are the reason for every once of my successes. Big and small! Their loyalty to me and my business is what pushes me through! I get to watch families and children grow up, I get to watch a couple become parents, it’s the best feeling in the world. So to all of my former, current and future clients, thank YOU! Thank you for trusting me to stop moments in time, for inviting me into your homes, your lives and even your chaos!
