We had the good fortune of connecting with Vision Royalty and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Vision, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Starting Royal Vision Records was an exciting journey that came with a lot of learning curves. Building a label from the ground up in a competitive industry required patience, teamwork, and vision. From setting up our own studio to developing artists and handling production in-house, every step was hands-on. It wasn’t easy, but seeing our artists grow, connect with fans, and build momentum has made every challenge worth it. It taught me how to combine business with creativity — and how to turn passion into a platform.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
What I’m most proud of — and truly excited about — is building this company with genuine people who believe not only in the dream, but in each other. For us, it’s bigger than music or business — it’s a family. I’m proud of how far we’ve come and how hard we’ve had to work to get here. Every step has been a reflection of teamwork, trust, and passion.”

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
“For anyone visiting the city, I’d definitely recommend Kitchen + Kocktails — the food there is top-tier and always hits the spot. I’d also say Deep Ellum is a must-visit. It’s full of great restaurants, bars, and live music spots all along the strip, so there’s always something to do and good energy all around.”

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
“Shoutout to my entire team — starting with our incredible artists who work nonstop to perfect their craft. A huge thank you to our managers who dedicate their time and energy because they truly believe in our artists’ potential. And lastly, we want to give special thanks to our supporters and fans who continue to believe in us and push Royal Vision Records forward. None of this would be possible without you.”
