Hi Flores, can you tell us more about your background and the role it’s played in shaping who you are today?
We’re from Dallas–Fort Worth, born and raised in a family where hard work wasn’t just taught—it was lived every single day. Growing up, we didn’t have a blueprint handed to us. What we had was hustle, family, and the drive to carve out our own lane. That upbringing shaped how we see the world: resourceful, resilient, and unafraid to bet on ourselves.
Being raised in a Hispanic household meant community and loyalty were always front and center. We learned early that success isn’t just about what you achieve, but how many people you bring with you. That’s why in real estate we don’t just transact—we build relationships, mentor others, and open doors for families and investors the same way doors were once opened for us.
The obstacles taught us grit. The culture gave us pride. And the family gave us unity. Those three ingredients are exactly why we can balance multiple ventures today—from flipping houses to coaching others—while still keeping our core identity intact.
Our background made us hungry but also grounded. It taught us that legacy is more than money—it’s about impact. That’s why everything we do under the Flores name is built to outlast us and serve the communities that raised us.

Our work is rooted in something bigger than just real estate or business—it’s about legacy. What sets us apart is the belief that every deal, every client, every project is part of a larger story we’re writing not just for ourselves, but for our family and our community.
We’re most proud of the fact that we’ve been able to create opportunities where none seemed to exist. From flipping houses to building businesses like Legacy Lockers, we’ve always leaned into challenges as stepping stones. Nothing about our journey has been easy—far from it. We’ve faced deals that fell apart at the last minute, projects that went sideways, and moments of doubt. But those obstacles only reinforced a lesson we carry from our upbringing: resilience isn’t optional, it’s required.
The biggest lessons along the way? That soft skills matter just as much as hard work. Negotiation, empathy, adaptability—those are the real currencies of success. And that your environment doesn’t define your ceiling; it shapes your drive to break through it.
If the world takes one thing from our story, it’s this: success isn’t just measured in dollars or titles. For us, it’s a duty—a way of repaying the sacrifices made by our parents, and a way of building a path forward for others to follow. The Flores name is more than a brand. It’s a promise: that we will continue to move with purpose, build with integrity, and leave behind something greater than ourselves.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If a best friend was visiting Dallas for a week, we’d want them to experience the heartbeat of the city—where culture, food, and hustle all collide.
We’d start with food, because Dallas speaks through its kitchens. Tex-Mex at Mi Cocina or Javier’s for the classics, Pecan Lodge for legendary BBQ, and Velvet Taco late at night for tacos that never miss. For brunch, spots like The Henry or Bread Winners set the perfect tone.
Days would be for exploring. We’d take them through the Dallas Arts District, stroll Klyde Warren Park, and hit White Rock Lake for a walk or run with skyline views. History buffs would get the Sixth Floor Museum, while shoppers and foodies would love Bishop Arts District and Highland Park Village. And of course, if the timing lined up, catching a Mavs game at the American Airlines Center or a Cowboys game at AT&T Stadium is a must.
Nights would showcase Dallas energy: live music in Deep Ellum, trendy cocktails in Uptown at the speakeasy Bourbon & Banter or a rooftop view with Waterproof at The Statler, and laid-back vibes in Lower Greenville. Each neighborhood shows a different side of the city, and together they prove why Dallas is as dynamic as it is diverse.
By the end of the week, they’d leave understanding what makes Dallas more than just a city—it’s a lifestyle. One built on grit, culture, and unforgettable experiences.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First and foremost, our deepest gratitude goes to our parents. They invested their lives into us, and without their sacrifice, none of what we’ve built would exist. For us, success isn’t simply a personal ambition—it’s a responsibility. Every milestone we reach is our way of honoring the countless sacrifices they made to give us the chance to dream bigger.
We also have to give credit to the environment we grew up in. While there wasn’t a single mentor guiding us step by step, our surroundings instilled the soft skills that became just as important as any textbook knowledge. Learning how to adapt, how to communicate, and how to carry ourselves with resilience was shaped by our community and the everyday challenges we faced. Those lessons formed the backbone of who we are as entrepreneurs and as people, and we carry that influence with us into every deal, every business, and every relationship we build.
