Meet Fatima Vega | Business Owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Fatima Vega and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi fatima, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The process behind starting my own business was a lot of work ever since I was 16 I arrived to Texas from California and working in some of the best hotels in Dallas was my start into this I will work double shift in the hotels but one of the things that started helping about 8 years ago was getting into manifestation. A lot of hand writing what I want to attract in my life that brought me first into to working with big companies first as administrator. Also into the IT industry apart from having my business I am in the IT world and I work for Microsoft. All this big opportunities came along by me manifesting.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What sets me apart from others in my cleaning business is the personal touch that we provide to each client we have. My company provides services to restaurants we specialize in restaurant cleaning. I am proud to say that I have a great army team lead by my partner and right hand her name is Marisol am so proud of her. Throughout the process she is the one person to be there on every project since getting our first restaurant contract. We took it with joy and to be honest when we got this contract it was just her and my self coming to clean this place out of town 5 hour’s away from Dallas we both had strong experience in cleaning myself more towards administration still having to work my full IT job but we managed to get the first restaurant clean against the obstacle where the ppl that we reach out to come work for us didn’t show up that night so we were there just her and my self and we got the work done. We clean the hotline machines scrub the floors and by the next day we had our fist happy customer. That opened the door to other opportunities we now have a good strategy and work structure and each project we get we give our own personal touch we are different because we take good care of our team the front end workers. I am a strong believer that if you take good care of your employees the job takes care of it self.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My favorite spots in the city it’s the Statler roof top bar I love the Dallas skyline and that place has the best views.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Definitely will be my mom Emilia she passed away 6 years ago she is the person that always believed in me am sure she is happy of seeing my progress. We came to Texas because she didn’t want me to end my life working on the fields in California as she did mad respect to all the field workers it’s not an easy job. We came to Texas and I did started working as a housekeeper in hotels when I was younger.
