Hi Keylen & Isaac, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
When we entered the roofing industry, we had one clear objective in mind: to make a significant impact as the new generation in roofing by properly educating our customers about the roofing process. We wanted our customers to feel valued and understood, not just treated as another number. Additionally, we were committed to fostering the growth of our team members, not only in their careers but also in their personal lives.

Our journey began in 2020, right before the pandemic hit. Despite the challenging timing, we were not discouraged from building a meaningful organization. The pandemic presented numerous obstacles, but it also reinforced our resolve. We persevered through adversity and remained steadfast in our mission to make a positive impact in our community.

We were aware that we were entering a highly saturated market, but we believed in our ability to bring about change in our community and the industry as a whole. The challenges we faced did not deter us; rather, they motivated us to continually improve our operations and strive for excellence.

Starting from humble beginnings operating out of an apartment, we now have scaled our company tremendously. Today, we operate out of an office, have a company fleet, and a growing sales team. This progress is a testament to our dedication and hard work, but it’s also a reflection of the incredible support we’ve received from the Dallas community.

We are immensely proud of how far we’ve come and deeply grateful to everyone in the Dallas community for their continued support. Without this community, our success wouldn’t be possible. The journey has been challenging, but it has also been incredibly rewarding, and we are excited to continue growing and making a positive impact in the years to come.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Something that sets us apart from others is our unwavering attention to detail in everything we do, from the initial inspection to the completion of the project. We take immense pride in delivering the best quality service and taking the time to properly educate all our potential customers and clients. Additionally, we believe in providing the best warranties for our work, ensuring our customers’ investments are protected.

Our growth as a company is rooted in the high standards we hold ourselves to. We understand that being trusted with someone’s home is a privilege, and we take that responsibility very seriously.

In the beginning, one of the biggest challenges we faced was losing jobs to competitors. We struggled to understand why this was happening until we realized that unethical practices were rampant in the DFW area. Roofing contractors were making promises like waiving deductibles or offering compensation if the client chose their company, which seemed appealing to many uneducated homeowners. However, these practices often led to long-term issues.

To address this, we made it our mission to educate clients on every aspect of the roofing process, even if they decided to go with another contractor. We wanted homeowners to know exactly what was happening with their homes. This commitment to transparency and education helped us earn the trust of hundreds of homeowners, allowing us to grow rapidly.

We take great pride in educating customers about the unethical practices prevalent among DFW roofing contractors, even though it’s something many of our competitors dislike. We are here to make a positive impact and serve our community the right way.

We want the world to know that they can absolutely trust us with their biggest investment, and we will always treat their home as if it were our own. Our story is one of dedication, integrity, and a commitment to excellence, and we are excited to continue making a difference in our industry and community.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Dallas has so much to offer, but some of our favorite spots include:

Klyde Warren Park: A beautiful urban green space that offers a variety of activities, food trucks, and events for the whole family.
Bernie Bean Coffee: A cozy coffee shop with a great atmosphere and delicious coffee, perfect for meeting friends or getting some work done.
Black Swan Yoga Studio: A fantastic place to unwind and practice yoga, known for its welcoming community and diverse class offerings.
1050BBQ: A must-visit for BBQ lovers, serving up some of the best smoked meats and sides in the city.
Dallas Arboretum: A stunning botanical garden that’s perfect for a leisurely stroll, enjoying seasonal festivals, or simply taking in the beauty of nature.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to our amazing community that has allowed us to grow and service their homes for the past four years. We are incredibly thankful for everyone who has supported us on this journey.

In addition to our community, we have an exceptional team at our company who deserve recognition as well. Their dedication and hard work have played a huge role in our success, and we are profoundly grateful for each of them. A special shoutout goes to our brothers, Heli and Joshua, who have been with us since day one. They were our only sales reps in the beginning, and much of our early success is owed to their efforts and commitment.

We also want to recognize our roofing crews and other teams who have consistently provided the highest quality work, helping us grow our company. Their craftsmanship and reliability have been instrumental in establishing our reputation and expanding our business.

We are extremely grateful for all the people who help us day in and day out. Without the support, mentorship, and hard work of our community, team members, and crews, our success would not have been possible. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our story.
