We had the good fortune of connecting with Dayla Phillips and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dayla, how does your business help the community?
Tackling rising costs and overflowing landfills may seem like a tall order, but my husband and I, with our CocoDay’s business, are stepping up to the plate!

We aim to bring immediate relief to folks like you, while also making sure our beautiful planet can breathe easy for generations to come.

People can still express themselves with fashion and collectables, while saving money and helping our planet.

What should our readers know about your business?
From humble beginnings to an obsession with penny-pinching, my journey has been a unique one. My partner, on the other hand, is a born shopper. To keep the peace, he’s switched gears to garage sales and thrift stores, and has an uncanny ability to find the most fantastic items. I, meanwhile, channel his energy. With our artistic backgrounds, we’ve merged our talents to create something truly spectacular right here in Keller, TX. Our little shop is more than just a store – it’s an experience. We champion radical expression, sustainability, and innovation.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We have great restaurants and bars directly across the street. There is LIVE music at Hollywood’s Pour Shack most weekends. Shotzee’s Bar and Grill has yummy cocktails and great burgers. Old Town Ice House was a great staff and is great for groups wanting to chill. If you are in town early. Seven Mile Cafe can’t be beat for brunch.

There are tons of other great boutiques to shop. County Line Records is a vinyl enthusiasts dream. PCA Toys is amazing for nostalgia and collectables.

Old Town Keller is quickly becoming the go to spot for unique shopping experiences.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Our friends and family have supported, encouraged us, and cheer us along the way. We literally make sure we are never the smartest people in the room.
