We had the good fortune of connecting with Rakesh Galebhe and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rakesh, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
I stumbled into acting unexpectedly, but it quickly became a crucial part of my life. As a lifelong movie enthusiast, I never imagined I would become an actor. My journey from short films to feature films has been filled with valuable lessons, numerous challenges, and occasional triumphs. Moving to the USA for my master’s degree was a significant step. Once again, I started from scratch, forming a new filmmaking team and creating short films from the ground up. Despite the challenges, I relished every moment of the actor’s process. I am eager for audiences to watch and enjoy my films. Acting brings me immense satisfaction, fostering continuous learning, creativity, personal growth, and resilience.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As an actor, what sets me apart is a combination of dedication, versatility, and a deep commitment to my craft. I strive to bring authenticity to every role, immersing myself fully in the characters I portray. My willingness to embrace challenges and continuously push the boundaries of my abilities allows me to deliver performances that resonate with audiences on a profound level.

One of the most significant lessons I’ve learned is the value of teamwork and collaboration in the entertainment industry. Every project involves a collective effort, and working harmoniously with directors, fellow actors, and crew members is crucial for success. I’ve also learned to be adaptable and versatile, willing to explore diverse roles and genres to expand my skills and reach new audiences.

What I want the world to know about me as an actor is my unwavering passion for storytelling and my dedication to delivering compelling performances that resonate with audiences. My goal is to take on versatile roles in films and make a positive contribution to the art of cinema.

In essence, my journey as an actor has been about embracing challenges, learning from experiences, and staying true to my passion for acting. It’s a continual evolution, and I’m grateful for every opportunity to bring characters to life and connect with audiences through the power of storytelling.
