We had the good fortune of connecting with Reese Wordlaw and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Reese, how do you define success?
Success is identifying your purpose and birthing it on the material plane regardless of the inevitable failures in between or how big or small it may seem. It is the intricate weaving of creativity, business, and family together with the intention of leaving a mark of your existence. It needs no outside approval, only your vision and faith to make it plain. 

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

Absolutely! MDE Staffing & Recruitment Solutions is a vibrant machine in the bustling DFW area. We are on a mission to provide diverse job opportunities and assist individuals facing mental, financial, and spiritual struggles –  journeys I know intimately —  is my “why.”

My recent development – Inspiring Future Impacters Foundation – IFIF, organizes life skills and workforce development programs for young adults and Christian healing circles for women. As a Minister and Director, it is important that we be a beacon of hope and encouragement in the community proving that possibilities unfold when you believe in God and yourself.

In addition to my role in business, I’m an author and the visionary behind PneumaGrace Co., dedicated to bringing real-life miracle stories to the stage and screen. Each production, like “Still Waters,” aims to illuminate paths for people  facing challenges. The sequel, “Still Waters II,” is slated to debut in 2024. My children’s book, “Don’t Touch Me There,” empowers young minds against abuse, it is available on Amazon in both English and Spanish. Stay tuned for my upcoming title, “Daughters of the King,” also set to release in 2024.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
What a fun question! I have a deep appreciation for the arts, particularly historical paintings and sculptures so a visit to The Dallas Museum of Art in the heart of Downtown Dallas is an absolute must. I also highly recommend exploring the serene ambiance of the Fountains on Ross Ave. For a yummy blend of sophistication and delectable cuisine, I’d consider dining at an exquisite establishment like the Monarch, Dakota’s, 400 Gradi, or Kessaku nearby. 

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Without a doubt – God, my source, my foundation, motivation, my greatest friend and supporter. It is God’s unwavering presence and love that stands as the cornerstone of my ultimate success, transforming challenges into stepping stones and hard lessons into purpose.
