Hi Dishaidiamond, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Embracing Uniqueness and Inner Beauty to Empower Women
My name is Dishai Diamond, but I was born Kauri Proctor. Growing up, I learned to appreciate the effort it takes to feel beautiful. This desire eventually led me to help others express their beauty too. My mission is to help everyone feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. I believe that everyone is beautiful and unique in their own way. Instead of hiding our differences, we should embrace them. We should feel proud of who we are and showcase our individuality in creative and versatile ways.
As a beauty educator, I teach women how to use different products to amplify their beauty. But my ultimate goal is to empower them to love themselves for who they are. We should not strive for perfection, but instead, celebrate our differences. Just like diamonds, we all shine in our own way, and that is what makes us beautiful.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Empowering Self-Love and Confidence: Promoting Our Uniqueness through the Power of a Brush
As an artist, my greatest accomplishment is being able to use the power of a brush to help people see themselves in a new light. My ultimate goal is to help everyone feel beautiful and confident in their own skin. This involves educating women on how to use each product to enhance their natural beauty. Although it can be challenging to satisfy everyone, I have learned to be inclusive and open-minded thanks to my experience working for amazing brands like MAC Cosmetics and Estée Lauder. Their teachings have allowed me to reach different types and ages of clients and understand their unique points of view. As a result, I have become the incredible artist that I am today. It’s important to remember that there is no set standard for how a brand should look or operate, as long as your relationship with God is built on a solid foundation. I started my brand by listening to Him and pouring my knowledge and love into my work.
