Hi Brit Dats Hip, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
By the way I do have a favorite quote. By Maya angelou “One isn’t necessarily born with courage, but one is born with potential. Without courage, we cannot practice any other virtue with consistency. We can’t be kind, true, merciful, generous, or honest.”

This quote is so powerful and what I get from it is to never forget who you are regardless of the naysayers and don’t be afraid to speak up.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I love unique things and color. My art represents that tremendously. There are times when I have artist block but when that happens I relax my mind and just take a step back.

I push to have more art thats meaningful. I also love to include some abstract in my paintings because it’s brings everything out. It represents me.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love a great bar with good food. Some places are only good for food and some just for drinks but when you have both its a vibe. Im from Washington DC so our variety here is huge. Just a vibrant place where you can have fun and enjoy good energy.
