We had the good fortune of connecting with Unek DePariz and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Unek, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
Balance. Well, what can I say, balancing calls for planning and perseverance. It has been difficult for me to maintain equilibrium while pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, working two jobs, and being committed to KeNu (my business). I’ve developed a love for equilibrium over time. I would be all over the place without it. Along with organization, I’ve found that maintaining my focus has helped me advance in life. Trials that occur with life occasionally make it challenging to maintain a clear mind. I would advise anyone who struggles to focus to get rid of the extraneous stuff in their environment. Always exert effort to maintain equilibrium and attention so that you can meet your future challenges. Thank you.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
It was difficult to launch my business. It requires commitment and commitment. Through this process, I had to learn a lot of lessons about what to do and what not to do. Since I had no one who could really assist me, I had to build everything myself. I read business-related literature and did a lot of research. I did, however, get beyond the challenges. I haven’t learnt everything, but I have enough knowledge to get by. I’m continually working to improve my company. Additionally, I’ve discovered that business is a money game. For many people, money is everything. Now, there are a few honest people around, but they are still infrequent. I want everyone to understand that KeNu is all about change. “Walk Out New With KeNu,” as we like to say. That catchphrase is significant to me given that I desire to expand my business Nationwide.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would go to the Maldives if my closest friend were coming to visit. The Conrad Maldives Rangali Island Luxury Resort would be our home away from home. An underwater hotel resort offers rooms, brunch, and a breathtaking view.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to especially thank my kids for being an inspiration to me during this life’s journey. When I was sick with cancer, you were there to brighten my spirits by sending me daily texts with encouraging messages, so I want to thank you for that. You are everything to me. I cherish you.
