We had the good fortune of connecting with Baha Savage and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Baha, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I understood the value of my time and who I am, and what I’m set on earth to do. I wanted to live a life full of meaning and be an inspiration to the youth that anything is possible if they set their mind to it. I wanted to show people that regardless of your gender, religious belief, having a talent and being able to break through a male dominating industry can be accomplished. I didn’t really set out with the intention of starting my real estate business- I simply always cared about helping others and I wanted my work to be a reflection of myself and to allow me to be of service to others.

What should our readers know about your business?
Commercial real estate is not for the faint of heart. Whether you’re selling an undeveloped parcel or a downtown skyscraper, these deals feature long timelines, millions of dollars, and many moving parts. My most expensive asset is my word. Some of my business values are integrity, honesty, fairness, accountability, diversity and inclusion, learning, teamwork, passion, quality & excellence. Being sure to under-promise and over-deliver has been key to building a consistent brand. I set the bar high for myself and everyone who works alongside me. Using my experience, I’ve helped business owners with 0% knowledge of real estate make a fortune through investing and save on taxes. I’ve built a diverse team with special and unique skills who are capable of helping clients that are first-time home buyers, sellers downsizing, relocating, leasing, and investing. We also raise capital through EB-5 investor-friendly visa. This bridges foreign investors to purchase real estate in the USA in exchange for a green card. What differentiates me from my competition is that I’m strategic, and purpose is driven and have a passion for solving complex problems and serving others. My ability to execute has opened doors I could not fathom.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I owe all my success to Allah (God). The Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him had said, “I was shown the Paradise, behold, most of the people inside are the poor.” Wealth could be of possessions, knowledge, influence, experience and beauty. Each of these forms of wealth has the propensity to be spent in righteous or wicked ways. Therefore, my achievement in them is not a success until it is profitable and the means to it is clean. Whatever success you think you have made in life, it is not adequate until it is not only useful to you but also to others. Happiness is happiness only when it shared. Happiness that is not shared is either selfishness or callousness. In my darkest times, with not a single ray of light in sight, Allah has shown me a way out and because of that, I live my life to forever please Him.
