Meet Haley Levitsky | Co owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Haley Levitsky and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Haley, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
When thinking about opening an online boutique it was a thought I had for honestly most of my life. For so long I thought it was impossible or I wouldn’t succeed or it would be too much money. One day my best friend and I were talking and decided why not. What did we truly have to lose? Nothing. We’re both stay at home moms to boys and they’re our biggest motivation in our small business

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Wild Moon Boutique is an online boutique ran from my house in DFW. My partner (Kaylyn) she lives in Utah currently and works on the website and business side of things while I do all the hands on job such as photoshoots, shipping orders and running our social medias. I think the biggest challenge for us is we’re business partners who live in different states so we’ve had to do a lot of calls and text over the last year. We believe we’re where we are today for a reason. To us our small business is so much more than selling clothes, we want to truly connect with people and make an impact on everybody we meet and talk to. A lesson I have personally learned for myself is to not doubt my ability to do what I want in life. This life is mine and I have control over what I let make me happy. We want the world to know that if there is something you want to do with your life, do it. Don’t sit around and tell yourself there’s too many people doing it and you won’t succeed because you’re unique in your own way. Always be yourself and you will attract the right people for your small business.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Oh I love this! If my best friend showed up I would absolutely love to go ride on the scooters around Dallas, then go try out the piercing place called wild like. Id love to go get a coffee at la la land kind cafe. I obviously love to shop so we would do a lot of shopping and stay at a cute hotel just for fun. There is always something to do in Dallas and if I’m with friends I love to go with the flow.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
We would absolutely love to shoutout our families. Since the day we told them what our goals were they were 100% all in and supportive. Nobody doubted us and they encouraged us even to this day. We get most of our motivation from our little boys but overall our family has been the best mentors and give us all the love for Wild Moon Boutique.
