Since I was a kid, I’ve always wanted to take on music in any form. Playing guitar, drums, wind instruments etc. Basically anything I could get my hands on. Around 12 years old I started picking up my dad’s old acoustic guitar with the highest action imaginable. I grew up around Hairstylists, My grandmother, Aunt and Uncle all were in the hair industry while I was growing up. I literally lived and breathed hair from an infant to now. Growing up in a space of creativity not just in the hair industry but in all aspects. Both my grandmothers are seamstresses and artists in their own right. When I was little I was never into any of the extracurricular activities that was provided. So after an extraneous session of trails and errors I finally came to realize theatre was an area I was passionate about. There was a certain magic to performing on the stage, giving the audience an out of the current world we live in. Since then I came into my own with the craft and dabbled into many various aspects of Live Theatre: Light Tech, Sound Tech, Projection, Directing, Musical Director, Choreographer, Set Designer, Performer, the list goes on. When I was in high school I was BIG on fine arts; I sang in choir all 4 years of high school, and I also danced during this time. There was something about singing and dancing that always made me feel like the most confident version of myself. I wrote songs and poems in passing whenever I felt like I needed to get things off of my chest, but I had lost touch with hobbies and passions I had growing up once I started pursuing my dreams of getting a career in healthcare as a Registered Nurse. I feel that there is something missing in my life. I have been searching for years to who and what I want to be doing. I picked photography for my plan. I love taking pictures and going to different places and showing off my skills and work. Then, I chose modeling as well. I am good-looking and I have the body as one anyway.
