The single most important decision I have made that has contributed to my success is, going full-time with my business. What once started as a hobby and side hustle that I would soft sell, turned into a full-time gig for me by force. When the pandemic hit, my employer closed down their office and many of the employees were let go. I was forced to make an executive decision to go full-time with my business. The time off I now had from my 9-5, I diligently strategized different marketing techniques and ways to increase traffic and exposure to my business. I was indeed afraid to go full-time with my business being that I barely had much business and exposure initially, so it would mean that I would have to work twice as hard to promote it consistently. Two months in, business picked up tremendously.
