What They Know and We Don’t

We asked insiders and experts from various industries to tell us something they think outsiders are unaware of and we’ve shared a few of those responses below.

I pursued a creative career because I’ve always felt most fulfilled when I’m making something with my hands and bringing ideas to life. I earned my degree in education, which gave me structure and people skills, but realized my true passion was in artistic expression. Floral design became the perfect fit and it allows me to combine my love of art with creating meaningful experiences for people on some of the most important days of their lives. Read More>>
It’s a process to get lost in. When you are working on a project, nothing from the personal life side matters or anything else that happened that day. I loved the freedom of self-expression, and being told to fit into a box only made me want to break out of it even more. Read More>>

I wanted to reach others through creativity and art. I grew up in Southern California playing basketball all the way up to college level. I had pursued modelling in my teen years, but I wanted to play characters that would relate to a certain audience. I got my first acting gig in 2002, and from there I was hooked! It’s an outlet to let your inner self out and reach others through art. Read More>>

I spent a lot of time searching for my purpose and I didn’t know what that was for a long time. One day my dad had asked me to write a verse for one of his songs; and even at that point I didn’t think I would expand on the music life. I was 20 when my dad asked me to do that by the way.
Then 12 years later, after a non-successful TikTok duet grind, I started writing full songs because I didn’t want the good lyrics I had to go to waste into the internet’s abyss. Read More>>
