There is a wealth of research that indicates that certain habits can help increase your productivity, creativity, and/or drive. So, we thought we’d reach out to respected members of our community and ask them what habits they feel helped them succeed.

The habit that has helped me succeed is having accountability partners and allowing them to hold me accountable. Accountability partners have kept me focused and disciplined in all areas of my life. My accountability partners have aided me in creating good workout habits and eating healthier. Another good habit that I have formed is having a relationship with Christ. I’m very intentional about spending time with God at the beginning of my day. Every morning when I wake up, I give God the first 15-30 minutes of my day before I do anything else. It has allowed me to prioritize my day by clearing my thoughts and spending quiet time with him before I get busy with the day. Read more>>

Utilizing project management software to stay organized and on top of deadlines has been key for me. I live by my calendar, which helps me stay focused and prioritize projects based on deadlines. I also have made a habit to discuss timelines with the client, so we are on the same page in terms of turnaround time.
