Hi Yessenia and Diana, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The idea of starting our own business began with the inspiration of other small businesses that began taking the leap of faith. We saw the emergence of crafters and bakers on instagram and that is when we decided to take our own leap of faith. We realized we had a passion for administrative workflow and helping others. With my background in accounting and in business administration, we knew we could offer income tax, notary, and accounting services. As our name mentions Alpha Omega, meaning beginning and end, we want to help our clients from the moment they have questions about starting a business and registering it to the moment it’s time to file their taxes. Helping small businesses reach their goals is the greatest reward we get to see. We know that small businesses also find themselves focused on selling their products and providing a service and can be stuck when it comes with their accounting. questions, we want these small businesses to know, that they are definitely not alone and they can reach out to us anytime they are ready to take their business to the next level!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Alpha Omega Business & Personal Solutions is a multi service business where we help anyone needing notarizations, tax consultations, and accounting services. We believe our business is like other small businesses BFF! We are literally here to provide insight to businesses who have any doubts as far as registering their business, opening a business bank account, keeping record of their income and expenses, setting budgets and financial goals, payroll, etc. We would not be here today with the support of one another. When I, Yessenia feel like we can not handle a task, Diana is there to push and bring ideas to the table, and she keeps me going and likewise! We also want to thank all of our followers, friends & family, who have shared or reposted our content and have always encouraged us to see our business grow! With their support we have been recommended to many others that can take advantage of our services. We will say it’s definitely not easy being in this business being that there are many other offices that offer similar services but we want to give our community a new view of what a multiservice can provide at a much more convenient and accessible level.
A major lesson that we have learned since we’ve started our business is to be transparent and accessible to our clients. We want them not to only see us as their bookkeepers or their typical notary but someone they can go to with any doubt they may have. We definitely want our community to know that we are here to help them out whether it’s a notarization or a business start up or offer accounting services. We want to be there to lend a hand when needed.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would definitely start off the day at La La Land Kind Cafe or Hola Cafe to get some fuel for our bodies! Then take a morning walk at Klyde Warren park and doze off and explore the wonders of downtown Dallas. Soon after, get some lunch at Meso Maya or Chop House Burger. Then we would definitely take a look at the Dallas Museum, because do you really explore any city without going into their museums? I think not! And finish off the evening walking at the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge watching the beautiful Dallas sunset.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We would love to give a shout out to the owners of Transportes JL Rangel, Jose Luis and Norma Rangel. They own and operate their bus transportation company that transports people to and from all parts of Mexico. Both of them have been a true inspiration to begin our small business. Being a small business themselves, they have definitely shown us what it takes not only to start a small business but also how to maintain it afloat. Through their dedication, hard work and passion for their business they have shown us that anything can be possible if you put your mind into it.
