Hi Whitney, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I think the most important factor behind the success of Cowtown Tanning & Sunless Training Academy is that my clients will always be put first in every decision I make in business. From high quality, clean products to business coaching, I have and will always make decisions with my clients in mind. I will never put anything out there that doesn’t represent myself or my brand 100% and I think my clients can tell that and it has lead to my success today.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I work 100% in the Sunless Industry as a Spray Tan Artist, Business Owner, and Business Coach. My main success has come from my Sunless Boutique, Cowtown Tanning, located in Fort Worth, Texas. We are the only Sunless Boutique in the Fort Worth area specializing in airbrush + contour tanning. No booths. No beds. Just healthy skincare. The skincare products we carry in the salon are organic + natural based and contain skin benefiting ingredients.

I am most proud of the growth that I have made in the last 3 years, starting as a mobile-artist all the way to a storefront salon, all on my own. The salon is such a place of happiness and every client leaves our pink doors feeling their best, confident self and this is truly the best feeling in the world. Being able to empower beautiful women (& men) on a daily basis is a true dream. My brand truly reflects happiness and of course, LOTS OF PINK!

However, this didn’t happen overnight and it took a lot of long hours, determination and stressful periods to get to where I am today. My favorite quote has always been “Nothing worth having comes easy” and this truly has pushed me though my business because I knew it would all be worth it in the end.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I don’t even know where to begin with this one!

I would definitely include some local boutique shopping at Hale House, Lovelyss, or Maywood Boutique to name a few.

After shopping I would definitely stop in my favorite restaurants including Reata, Gemelle, and/or Joe T’s!

It wouldn’t be a true getaway without stopping in to see my girls at It’s A Secret – Med Spa for a much needed Hydrafacial and a massage at Milk + Honey.

For a coffee/brunch moment, I would definitely recommend stopping in to see the amazing coffee baristas at Ampersand.

There truly is something amazing in store for everyone in Fort Worth!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Although, I built my business from the ground up, I wouldn’t be where I am today without the ongoing support from my wonderful clients + grilboss staff! I can safely say that the team I have built it apart of my family and always will be. I have so much love and appreciation for each girl and without them, I wouldn’t be able to do what I do every day.
