We had the good fortune of connecting with Victoria Beasley and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Victoria, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Being able to provide , scratch meals made from love , passion and dedication. Knowing that I use the freshest ingredients, nothing in a can or pre made to ensure my clients have the best tasting but also healthy food .
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Being persistent , being confident in myself and not letting the pressure of the world and others knock me down . It is an everyday struggle because you have to continue to make content , continue to do things to keep people engaged.
It’s not about being motivated it’s about being determined and consistent because you get tired and discouraged at times, but that is when you have to work the hardest and really push through . I want the world to know that I truly love what I do , cooking is my passion and my goal is to not only produce good food , but healthy food that helps our community to rid these diseases that come from unhealthy eating .
