We had the good fortune of connecting with Trinity Power and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Trinity, what do you attribute your success to?
Honestly, I am most well-regarded for my compassion and enthusiasm, which have helped me establish strong connections in both my personal and professional relationships. From a young age, I’ve always possessed a natural ability to show mutual respect and empathy towards others; allowing me to develop a high level of connectivity with those I interact with. Additionally, I’m lucky to have a talent for finding enjoyment in challenging tasks and maintain a positive, motivated attitude in almost any environment I’m in. My ability to balance multiple variables while remaining relaxed and engaged has helped me to become highly successful.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I wish I could say it hasn’t been challenging because of my age, location, and scale, but unfortunately, there have been inevitable obstacles along the way. However, I’ve always been passionate about exploring the intersection of sociology, immigration, and political sciences, and I’ve pursued this interest through a range of experiences that have taught me valuable lessons. With my knowledge of immigration and naturalization, I hope to advocate for diversity and inclusivity through both for-profit and nonprofit organizations in my community. I’ve been involved in various projects, such as leading a branch of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in high school, directing presentations, conferences, and online and in-person opportunities, and drafting legislation to better serve the student body’s needs. My most significant accomplishment to date has been co-founding SafeR Maps, an AI-based navigation platform for refugees designed to help them relocate to safer regions. We’re working hard to create usable prototypes of our technology, which we hope will help refugees escape from conflict areas and reach safe havens.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
The Frisco Public Library, the Perot Museum, and the Sci Tech Discovery Center are all great places to explore and learn new things. The Frisco Public Library offers a wide variety of books, movies, and other resources that are perfect for all ages. It’s a great place to go if you’re looking for a quiet place to read or study. The Perot Museum is a fascinating museum that offers interactive exhibits on science, nature, and technology. It’s a great place to take your family or friends for a fun and educational day out. Lastly, the Sci Tech Discovery Center is a hands-on science museum that offers a variety of exhibits and activities that are perfect for kids and adults alike. Whether you’re interested in space exploration, robotics, or chemistry, you’ll find something to enjoy at the Sci Tech Discovery Center.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to give a shoutout to my grandmother who would take me on all sorts of adventures when she visited me, from go-kart racing to museums and even two-day drives to other cities. When I visited her, she would take me to Uni, Queens College, or the library. Even when we were thousands of miles apart, she encouraged me to read complex literature by sending me postcards or emails almost every week. My grandmother was a lecturer and had a unique affinity for individualized perceptions, which she used to shape my experiences and inspire me to find fulfillment in helping others. She taught me to identify unique needs and make an impact on people’s lives, one by one. Thanks to her, I hope to use personalized focus and understanding to transform the lives of others as well.
