We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffani Stevens and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiffani, how do you think about risk?
I have never been afraid to take risk in my life time. I have always had a go-getter mentality. I worked in corporate America for over 15 years before taking a leap of faith and diving into real estate. I had two small children under 2 years old at the time and decided that I wanted to write my own schedule and have more of a work, life, balance. It has been 6 years now and I have never looked back.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I sell real estate all over DFW. What sets me apart is how I connect with people. I’m a extreme extrovert. I would say that I’m most proud for how my clients trust me throughout the entire process, whether it is, giving my expertise knowledge on comparables for selling their home, making sure they have a great lender who can hold a first time homebuyer’s hand, or finding a great lease for someone that isn’t quite ready to purchase yet; I like to make my clients feel heard and know that I am going to work very hard to help them accomplish their goals. Honoring God always, consistency and being intentional about my time has been the key to my success. I faced many challenges leading up to this point. I have heard a lot of NO’s before YES. I speak declarations over my life in my daily routine to help me stay focused and get through tough challenges. I have found in my line of work that people love to talk and I love to listen, often times I’m able to help find solutions to better help serve my clients needs because I simply listened. I would say that my story and brand is authenticity. I am kind, a listener, I’m genuine and people will most often say “I’m the life of the party”

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Oooooooohhhh I would say, brunch is everyday. Some of my favorite spots are Kitchen and Kocktails, Oddfellows, and J Theadore. For happy hour, I would take them to Bottled and Bond or Earls Kitchen and Cocktails at Legacy West in Plano. I also really love the Bishops Arts area. My absolute favorite place to shop is NorthPark Mall. I also love The Grandscape area over there in The Colony. There is always something to do and they throw free concerts on the lawn. Cosm is a great new way to watch sports.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Hands down my mother, Christi Price. She has been a vital part in my life. She had me a 17 year old and through it all has taught me honor, respect, and love. She has also been in the real estate industry for over 20 years and has hands down taught me so much about life in general. My hubby, Cole Stevens can’t be left out either. He has been my support for over 13 years now. I am a huge dreamer and he has supported my “craziness” through it all. He is a wonderful husband and great father to our children, Charli and Conor.
