We had the good fortune of connecting with Thomas Bell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Thomas, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
After 16 years of climbing the corporate ladder, I got to the top floor and jumped out the window. Landed in India. Sold my home, gave away my belongings.

I spent 6 weeks in silent meditation and from there, two years as a full-time volunteer at a meditation center, essentially, living the life of a Monk.

That experience rewired me from the inside out.

I knew I wanted to help business leaders master their minds and emotions in order to lead more fulfilling lives

Some years later, I found myself at a Tony Robbins seminar in S Florida.

My business was struggling, I had health issues. And my engagement was circling the toilet bowl.

On the second day, Tony put the entire room into a light hypnotic trance and asked us a series of questions about a problem we were currently experiencing.

When I came out, something was missing. The emotional pain I had been carrying around, was gone-baby-gone.

I could still remember the events. But there was no hurt: the anger, the sadness and regret were gone. I kept waiting for it to return. (It still hasn’t.)

A month later COVID hit the world. I shut down my corporate training business and picked up Hypnosis. I have not put it down since

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
The most sophisticated super-computer ever conceived is right between your ears – and it didn’t arrive with an owner’s manual.

You’d be hard pressed to find a person today who doesn’t in some way struggle with anxiety, stress, overwhelm or self-doubt.

Negative past impressions accumulate in the nervous system and is stored cellular level. A restless, agitated, foggy mind is sort of the condition of the day.

There are a ton of really good people, doing good work, doing their best to live up to their potential…but just not feeling like their old self.

It need not be that way: I am super passionate about helping people understand their mind and master their emotions.

By applying a few simple principles and techniques, we can create permanent, profound states of mental clarity and emotional freedom in the time it takes eat a cheeseburger and fries.

Your entire operating system can be updated and restored back to your very best old self.

Only wiser, and without the poofy haircut and pleated Khakis.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I spend a lot of time up to my ankles in Turtle Creek with my Border Collie, Shanti. I get my yoga and fitness fix at Equinox. enjoy live Music at Deep Ellum Art Co, and the House Margarita and Garlic Shrimp at Gloria’s.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’ve been blessed with amazing teachers and mentors at every stage of my life. Judith Rich cracked the door open for my very first experience with transformation. My CEO in the corporate world Bob Carr taught me about the importance of integrity in business. And my spiritual teacher, the yogi saint, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar sort of tied it all together.
