Hi Tee, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
My perspective on work-life balance has definitely changed over the years. In the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey work was always interfering with my personal life. I would answer text messages , emails , and dms every time a customer or client would reach out , and I was always creating content which interfered with both family and quiet time. Needless to say , I was stressing myself out until I found  balance in my work life. I created a schedule and set boundaries , now my work life is much more peaceful!

What should our readers know about your business?
Eyelashes is a luxury lash boutique where I  serve my clients with high quality lash services and my customers with top quality lash supplies. My favorite part about what I do at Living Lashful Eyelashes is the uplifting of other women. I am helping women become beautiful inside and out by sharing the knowledge and wisdom I’ve gained through Christ while giving them a fresh set of eyelash extensions. I mean beauty does start from within right? I opened my boutique not only because I love to do lash extensions and socialize with other women , but because Shreveport and its surrounding areas needed a closer place to shop lash supplies. I plan on expanding in the near future. This is only the beginning.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I receive loving messages often on how I inspire and motivate the women who support me. Little do they know I have not given up because i know that they are watching me.
