We had the good fortune of connecting with Tamara La Salle Allen and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tamara, we’d love for you to start things off by telling us something about your industry that we and others not in the industry might be unaware of?
So many confuse detoxes or cleanses with weight loss products. With this misinformation some physically fit or smaller individuals may assume a cleanse or detox isn’t needed because they don’t have any weight problem. I’m trying my absolute best to let the world know cleanses and detoxes are WASTE loss products not weight loss.

What should our readers know about your business?
My business help other businesses create their own cleanse or detox. Those of little faith would assume I’m creating my own competition but in actuality it allows more humans to hear the message from different companies and choose accordingly. God has placed me in a very unique situation where I’m winning by helping others duplicate my business. I’ve gotten to where I am today by following my gut and listening to the voice of God. Nothing in life is easy and I’ve learned being brutally honest is our company’s super power. I want every single entrepreneur to know “Lack is the illusion and abundance is the reality.”

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Our first adventure will be visiting Denym & Diamonds’ factory so they can see great fashion from designer T. Hodges. Then we’ll have to stop by Energy Gardens off Commerce street and have some plant fun with Anthony. I’ll take them to get some Louisiana fish in Oakcliff from Blue and to X bar & grill for some delicious food on Malcolm X. We must get our make up done by Krystal Jones owner of Eye Beat Faces and get some diamonds in a bundle from Latoya Logan. After we must get some BBQ from Chris Q On The Go, get some dope T-shirts created at Tshirt Envy by Crystal J.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My husband Jeremy “Cul J” Allen. He is an author and inspiring life coach and he has helped me excel in my business endeavors and in life.
