We had the good fortune of connecting with Takiyah Lewis and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Takiyah, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
When I started my business, I wanted to help make traveling easier for people who wanted to enjoy travel, but didn’t know how to plan it. At first I started with itineraries because most people know where they want to go, but not necessarily what they want to do once they get there. Shortly after launching, I went on to get my travel agent licensure so I could help clients plan travel from begin to end. My love for travel prompted me to do a yearly trip where I discovered my passion for travel planning, especially group travel. That’s how Sainte Noel took flight.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Sainte Noel is a travel service business helping people upgrade the way they travel. Our mission is to provide a creative, comprehensive and convenient experience for all travelers. We specialize in group travel and aim to create memorable vacation experiences for all of our clients. Sainte Noel is a young brand, and though we have experienced the multiple challenges of business, our future in the travel industry is bright.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

Sainte Noel is based out of Atlanta, GA so if a friend was visiting the area for approximately a week our itinerary would look something like this;

Restaurants: Bar Vegan, Ms. Icey’s, Rays on the River, La Parrilla, Kiku Japanese Steak House, The Real Milk and Honey, Boba Theory, Triton Yards, King Claw, Mellow Mushroom, Metro West.

Activities: Ponce City Market, The Battery, Atlantic Station, High Museum, Picasso Immersive Museum, Trap Museum, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Park, Andretti’s, Top Golf, Rodeo Sports Bar.

Within my time here in Georgia I have learned to navigate the Atlanta Metropolitan area and find some gems outside of the city. McDoughnuts in McDonough, GA is a recent discovery that is greatly appreciated. Their maple bacon donut is my favorite. As well as Bonchon, a Korean restaurant in Fayetteville, GA. I always get their soy garlic flavored fried chicken.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My shoutout is dedicated to my friends and family. In life it takes a village to support, love and encourage you. My village is comprised of many people from various walks of life that influenced the person I am today. I thank God for what I’ve experienced and encountered this far. This is a new chapter, but far from the end of my story.
