We had the good fortune of connecting with Stefanie Tabora and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Stefanie, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Personally, I think the most important factor in being successful is to be consistent and focus on my relationships with people whether it’s my team, our clients or my family. I’ve always believed that if you care about others and have a true desire to help them succeed the relationship will grow naturally. I aim to lead by example, keep learning and genuinely care about the work I do and the people around me.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I have been in the aesthetics industry for 6 years. I joined the Dr. Dallas and Dr. Rejuvenation (plastic surgery and urogynecology) team in 2018, at the time the medspa was just a small room. It didn’t have it’s own branding or even a name, the focus was primarily on the plastic and urogynecology services. As the business grew, I saw the potential in the medspa and I just knew I had to be a part of it. Fast forward to today, and I’m so proud to be apart of what is now Atomic Beauty – the official medspa of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders! We are a beautiful medspa with a team of talented aestheticians, nurse injectors and a wonderful client base!

The first year starting out – the challenges were very real. The brand was getting built from the ground up – so there was much to learn and consider. It was no easy task, but I enjoyed the challenges and the opportunity to learn and grow.

I have gained so much knowledge about the aesthetics industry over the years and what it takes to succeed, not just with services and treatments but also in leading a team and managing a business. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that you have to surround yourself with people who have the same vision as you. If you have the same goal in mind, it creates motivation and helps you keep each other accountable. It’s all about having the right people beside you when times get tough.

I would love the world to know that Atomic Beauty isn’t just another medspa – we genuinely care about our clients. We want to be transparent and honest to build real relationships.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
This one’s tough! DFW has so many amazing sites!

Some must see spots are: The shops of Legacy West for brunch at Haywire, some shopping and a cocktail at Earl’s kitchen and bar.
I would make a stop at The Star to get a view of the Cowboys headquarters and practice facility. Later, maybe have a bite at Sushi Marquee, The Glen or SnowBird.
Do some shopping at Northpark Center, dinner and cocktails at Nick and Sam’s in Dallas – my favorite steakhouse.
I would definitely make it to a Dallas Mavericks game – I am a huge fan! Hang out in downtown Dallas in one of the many bars in the area.
I love the Dallas World Aquarium so I would try to make it there. I also love to hike Arbor Hills Nature Reserve so I would take a friend there for a breath of fresh air. Grab a protein smoothie at Clean Juice.
Nails at Luxx Nails in Richardson, get an amazing hair treatment and blow-dry at Vibed Salon, lunch at Jeng Chi Restaurant.. it’s amazing!
Dallas Farmers Market, and or Richardson Farmers Market- I could go here every Saturday! The Fort Worth Stockyards – because if you’re in town you can’t miss the cattle drive and a rodeo!
Sooo many places to see and eat, I could go on forever!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Absolutely! The medical director and COO of Atomic Beauty are incredibly supportive. They have been instrumental in helping me navigate the challenges of running a medspa. They have provided me with continuous learning and professional development opportunities which has allowed me to grow in this competitive industry.

Additionally, my husband has been the greatest source of source of strength and support! Even on a rough day, when I just want to vent and eat junk food – he’s always there to remind me of my abilities. He’s truly the best!
