Meet ROMEO HILL | Founder of Storied Cocktails

We had the good fortune of connecting with ROMEO HILL and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi ROMEO, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I think it comes down to trust, specifically trusting yourself. When you know that despite downfalls or hardships that you will reach your goal, and you believe it with everything you have then it simply becomes a matter of when. Now, how to gain that trust in yourself? That’s a question only you can answer.

What should our readers know about your business?
Storied Cocktails is a small, intentional business development studio rooted in storytelling, strategy, and authenticity.
We don’t believe in copy-paste solutions or one-size-fits-all marketing. Every brand has its own pulse, and our job is to help you find it — then amplify it. I work with just a few clients at a time, because your brand deserves focus, care, and strategy that’s custom-built for you. Some clients stay for a season, others grow with me long-term, as we evolve their brand together.
What sets us apart is how closely we get to know you. Our client relationships are deep — not surface-level. That connection allows us to create brand identities, marketing strategies, and experiences that feel honest to who you are and compelling to the people you’re trying to reach. From visuals to voice, we’re here to shape something that’s true and long-lasting — not just a trend.
Getting to this point wasn’t easy. Before this, I tried starting two other businesses. They didn’t stick — not because I lacked the passion, but because I hadn’t yet found the right direction. Those fallbacks taught me resilience. They pushed me to trust myself. And eventually, I realized this is what I was always meant to do — and that it was never a question of if, but when.
So what do I want the world to know? That Storied Cocktails is here to help you own your story and build something lasting. Whether you’re launching something new, refining what already exists, or just need someone to help you see your vision clearly — I’ve got you. Let’s build something bold, beautiful, and unmistakably yours.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was in town for a week and i’m showing them around Dallas. I would start our days with either with San Martin Bakery for some sweet treats and a lite breakfast, Starship Bagel or Shugs for the best bagels, or Acension if im wanting a mushroom matcha latte. We would head over to Eatzis, North Italia, or Dalat, for lunch. We finish the night with some chill bars and bites like Frankies Downtown, Lucky Dog Salon, or Standard Pour.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to recognize some of my clients, like Frankie’s Downtown and Hardwire Art, for their trust and support in working with me. I would also love to recognize my mentor, Nikki Cuban for teaching me how to leverage our bar chats into something more.
