We had the good fortune of connecting with Raymond Nnolim and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Raymond, how does your business help the community?
Hi Raymond, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
I was called to preach and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ over twenty years ago. It is
important that I explain the Gospel of Jesus since it is the foundation of my ministry.
The Gospel of Jesus Christ is this, Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary through/by the
Holy Spirit. Jesus came to redeem mankind from sin, as mankind was born of sin
through/by the fall of the First Adam in the Garden of Eden. Mankind needed redemption
because the wages of sin is death and sin separates man from God, for God is holy and without
sin. He hates sin but loves the sinner. Under the Old Covenant, the High Priest atoned for
his sin and the sin of Israel annually by the killing of animals. The animals’ shed blood or
death became the substitution for man’s sins. However, this only covered our sins. Moreover,
God loves us so much that He had a plan for our salvation. God came to earth in the form
of a man, His son Jesus Christ, to redeem man once and for all of his sins. God searched
and found no one could redeem us so His own arm brought salvation. Only the perfect
Yahweh could redeem us. Jesus, the second person of the triune God, shed His blood on
that cross to save us from eternal death. The life of all flesh is in the blood and without the
shedding of blood, there is no remission of sin. His death completely washed our sins away
and He only died once, that is all it took, unlike the animals’ death. If we want to have eternal
life, we must accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. He came to save the world, Jews and
Gentiles alike, as Gentiles were later adopted. Many people serve some type of deity but the
word of God is very clear that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life and no one comes to the
Father except by Jesus (John 14:6). Jesus was more than a prophet. He is God (John 1:1). Jesus
was prophesied by the Prophet Isaiah in Isaiah 7:14 whereby we are told that a virgin
shall conceive and bear a son, and she shall call Him Immanuel, which means God with us.
Jesus came so that we might have life and have life more abundantly and to destroy the
works of Satan, the god of this world (2 Corinthians 4:4). You have two choices, to
serve the Lord Jesus and have eternal life, or to serve Satan and have eternal
damnation. There are many religions but Christianity is not a religion, it is about a
personal relationship with God. Jesus hated religion and rebuked the religious leaders
profusely. Religion entails the tradition and wisdom of man and of this world, accompanied
by a lot of rules and regulations. It is very legalistic and brings condemnation on people.
There is no agape (God’s love, the highest love) love in religion. Jesus Embassy Church/
Holy Fire For All Nations Ministry help people to realize who they are in God and how to
live a victorious life. God is the creator of the heavens and the earth. He is sovereign and
all powerful. No person and no deity can defeat Him. All that we need, He has it. How
awesome is this, God made man a little lower than Himself (Hebrews 2:7)! Jesus Embassy
Church teaches what Jesus taught. He said that by our love for one another, people would
know that we are His disciples. Even the two greatest commandments relate to love. If we
keep these two commandments of love, we have satisfied all of the remaining ones
(Matthew 22:36-40). Furthermore, if a person loves his neighbor, he will not covet his neighbor,
murder his neighbor or steal from his neighbor, and so forth. I believe you get the picture.
Jesus said to take care of the widows and the orphans and the poor and needy, and to visit those
in prison. As we do the things, we are doing them unto Jesus. In other words, you are doing them
for Him, like he is the one in that situation! Our ministry helps people to know their identity in
Christ. Christ is the Head of the church and Christians are the body of Christ. We are seated
spiritually in heavenly places with Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2:6). There is no way the Head can be
in heaven and the body remain on earth. Know that you are a spirit that lives in a body that has a
soul. Focus more on the spirit you are or inner being. Feed him spiritual food by reading and
meditating on the Word, fasting and praying. We have authority over this earth. We help
people to know that they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them. He said be
of good cheer because He has overcome the world. On that cross, Jesus said, “It is finished”. Our
sin debit is paid and Satan has no charge against us if we know our authority and exercise it.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share
a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I graduated from Rhema Bible College in Tulsa, Oklahoma and was taught and
mentored by the late Kenneth E. Hagin, one of God’s Generals. He was a great man of
faith and well versed in the Bible. I received sound teaching from him through/by
revelation of the Holy Spirit. First, the Holy Spirit is one thing that sets Jesus Embassy
Church apart from many ministries. The Holy Spirit is the third person of the triune God.
He came here to take the place of Jesus on the earth. Jesus could be only one place at
a time, but the Holy Spirit is in every believer and is everywhere at the same time. The
Holy Spirit demonstrates the power of God. He gives the church spiritual gifts to help
the body of Christ. He gives us revelations from heaven, empowers us for ministry,
glorifies Jesus, gives us power to witness, teaches us, reveals the future, gives us
power to pray, comforts us, intercedes for us, guides us into truth, brings conviction,
gives boldness to witness, gives spiritual life and He does so much more than what I am
able to list here. Many churches disregard the Holy Spirit, along with what He provides
to the body of Christ, which is a deadly (physically and spiritually) mistake. We must have
intimacy with Him to receive divine information to help us in our walk with God. I have
made it a priority to be His close friend. God has equipped Jesus Embassy Church and our
outreach ministry, Holy Fire For All Nations Ministry, to help people in their personal
walk with God, and in their personal relationships in the areas of marriage and family.
Secondly, we also help people needing deliverance from substance abuse, demonic
oppression, illnesses, and any other darkness by setting them free. All help that we provide
is through the blood of Jesus, the power of the Holy Spirit and the angels of the Lord.
God has given us the grace and the anointing to provide deliverance to people. Much of
Jesus’ ministry dealt with delivering people from sicknesses and diseases and all kinds
of oppression from Satan and the kingdom of darkness. Many people have the wrong
knowledge about God. They think that there should be no suffering if God is real. Let
me educate the public. The Bible tells us that the servant is not greater than the master.
If Jesus suffered, we will suffer. God never said we would not suffer but He said He
would help us in our suffering. Suffering makes us stronger and builds our faith. God
said His People are destroyed due to a lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6). Also, as
aforementioned, Satan is god of this world, not God. The only way for God to intervene
is through prayer as He gave man authority on this earth. The only legal way to enter
this earth is through the womb of a woman. If people understood the importance of
prayer, they would pray, and the result would be major transformation in their lives.
However, it is not about coming to God like He is an ATM machine, we must have a
personal relationship with Him. We must ask ourselves, what can I do for God and His
kingdom? He knows our hearts, even if we profess something differently with our lips.
Know also that we still have the effects of generational curses. Many believers think that
generational curses leave when they receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior, but this is
false. Jesus’ death and resurrection gives us the right to break the curses. Thirdly,
Jesus Embassy Church/Holy Fire For All Nations Ministry teach people how to break
limitations off their lives by teaching/preaching the unadulterated word of God. We
believe the entire Bible. Jesus Embassy Church teaches faith because the Bible says, “But
without faith, it is impossible to please God, and He that cometh to God must believe
God exists and is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.” Fourthly, we preach
repentance. Repentance is confessing one’s sin to God and completely turning away
from that sinful life. We must repent for God to forgive us. 1 John 1:9 reads, “If we
confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive our sins and cleans us of all
unrighteousness.” A pastor must give account for preaching/teaching the truth because
God will hold the pastor responsible for that lost soul. Lastly, we are extremely in love
with Jesus. One cannot know Jesus without having a relationship with the Holy Spirit. It
is Jesus that laid down His life for us. He still lives and because He lives, we live. When He
died, we died and when He rose, we rose, with all power!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Can you tell us about some challenges you had?
It was challenging for me as an African man coming to America with little English, going
to Bible college with little financial assistance, and going through a divorce. My close
walk with the Holy Spirit, and the reading and applying the word of God and reading
inspirational, spirit-filled books helped me with challenges. Readers are leaders. If you
cannot read, you cannot lead.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
As a man of God, my time is devoted to prayer, reading and studying the word of God
so there is not much time for leisure, but I do enjoy a great steak. Some of my favorite
restaurants are Saltgrass Steak House and LongHorn Steakhouse, in addition to
Gloria’s Latin Cuisine.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The late Kenneth E. Hagin had a significant impact on my life. Pastor Dr. Bill Barber
also had a major impact on my life.
