We had the good fortune of connecting with Raven Nicole & Rayven Symone and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Raven Nicole & Rayven Symone, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
We would have to say being consistent! That’s the biggest thing. Lol you may feel like I don’t want to see them, but we’re so consistent that your friends, family, ex lol someone is going to post us so you’ll have no choice but to see us. And we will gladly take the support. Some may call it hate but either way it’s a view or a watch lol. However, although we said all of that, we have yet to see any hate yet, and we are grateful for that.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
On our podcast we strive for being so genuine. We go there with the questions we ask and even the ones we answer. It’s juicy lol and with our generation we are very nosey. It definitely was not easy, because we both had the constant thought on “what will our parents say”. We had to keep putting out a few episodes and keep insight of what the bigger picture is. Also, the feedback we’ve been given from our listeners kept us going to continue to put out the raw content. Although, most fans respect us being “raw”, some listeners did tell us that it was too much and that they could not watch/listen to the episode. For that we have to respect that everyone may not like our episodes. We want the world to know that this is not easy. We are single mothers putting out content when we’re battling life. Rather it’s going through a breakup, mental breakdown, or death. But we keep going and have fun with it.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Raven and I are the worst people to ask lol. We are homebodies! Mhmmm we would say uptown or the playground. However, we know how to have a good time and we’re more on the adventurous side. So, maybe Andretti for go karts or ride scooters in downtown Dallas. Bar hop in Deep Ellum and then it would be so late that we have no choice but to stop at a breakfast spot for “dinner” haha

We would like to shoutout Rayven’s Symone’s best friend, Taye Hyder aka the owner of Top Tier Beauty Bar. She has definitely helped us out by assisting us with business advice, helped with our logo, being a guest on the show and so much more.
