We had the good fortune of connecting with Rajesh Vemula and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rajesh, career-wise, where do you want to be in the end?
At present I’m doing Photography and Writing, and I’ve started acting in couple of short films. Soon I’ll be starting filmmaking, growing my networking and connecting with local talent to launch my project.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am Software Engineer by profession. After work I spend most of time in writing and photography.
I would prefer and suggest people to keep up the work towards their passion while working day jobs.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I usually prefer quiet and calm places compared to downtown so, I would take them to Grapevine Silver lake, Lewisville lake and parks near the lake followed by downtown.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’ve been getting my motivation from many influential videos from different filmmakers, Vloggers and writers. I thank all the people out there on social media who have been helping people like us with their content to keep up the work.
