Hi Queen, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Starting “The Project Playbook” stemmed from a deep-seated belief in the transformative power of the tech industry. A dual mission drove my thought process: firstly, to empower individuals with a clear understanding of the value and stability that the tech sector offers in today’s economy. Secondly, to provide aspiring professionals with the tools and guidance necessary to break into this dynamic field, where growth opportunities and financial freedom abound.

I recognized the tech industry’s potential to innovate and provide stable careers with significant room for personal and professional growth. Through “The Project Playbook,” I aim to demystify this industry, equipping individuals with practical skills and knowledge. My goal is to bridge the gap between aspiration and achievement, enabling others to navigate their career paths confidently and embark on journeys marked by success and fulfillment in the tech sector.

Please tell us more about your career. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today professionally. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
What sets me apart from others is my resilience in the face of adversity, my adaptability, and my commitment to pushing forward despite challenges. Throughout my journey, I’ve encountered obstacles that would have deterred many, but instead of giving up, I saw each challenge as an opportunity to grow and pave the way for others. It hasn’t been easy, but I’ve always reminded myself that my mission is greater than my struggles—I strive to use my experiences as a testimony to inspire and guide others.

I’ve learned to surrender my worries to GOD rather than let them consume me, trusting that every hardship is a lesson preparing me for the next level. Each difficulty I’ve faced has equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate new challenges and achieve success.

What I want the world to know about me and my brand, “The Project Playbook,” is that it represents more than just a program—it’s an opportunity to transform lives. By breaking into the tech industry, participants can attain stability and financial freedom, ultimately improving their quality of life for them and their families. This program is about empowering individuals to seize their potential, overcome barriers, and create a brighter future. It’s my passion to guide others on this journey, ensuring they have the support and tools needed to thrive in their careers and beyond.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
When someone visits my city, I love to offer them a mix of experiences that reflect my passion for enjoying life to the fullest. One of my top recommendations would be indulging in a fine dining experience that goes beyond just aesthetics—it’s about delicious food, great vibes, and exceptional customer service.

For a chill vibe, I’d suggest a luxurious movie day at iPic theatre for its upscale atmosphere, immersive cinema experience, and delicious food. And if the weather is right, I’d suggest the Roof Top Cinema for a more scenic view.

If we’re feeling adventurous, I’d recommend an ATV tour, a winery tour, or the drive-through Safari to explore the outdoors for a more scenic view. Alternatively, explore an indoor outing like an art gallery museum, The Puttery for some mini-golf fun, or check out ‘The Great Big Game Show’ for a more competitive vibe. Depending on their interests, I have recommendations for a wide range of luxury adventures and enjoyable activities to experience in Dallas.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I think there are many people that GOD placed in my life who were influential in my journey. First and foremost, I owe everything to GOD for His unwavering guidance and strength, which have seen me through all of my challenges.

To my parents, their endless support and belief in my dreams have been my cornerstone. Their encouragement has fueled my determination to always push forward.

My mentor, Terran Noir, has provided invaluable advice and support that have been crucial in navigating the corporate world. Her wisdom has greatly shaped my perspective and empowered me to approach every challenge with resilience.

Lastly, I extend my gratitude to my professional mentor, Gerald, for introducing me to the tech industry and facilitating my entry into this field. His mentorship and continued support as a Project Manager have been crucial to my career development.

I am truly grateful for each of them and the profound impact they’ve had on my personal and professional growth.
