Hi Prejith, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
From my childhood days it was fascinating for me to read about business tycoons and to choose a path less travelled to achieve something crazy. It is easy to follow the usual society norm to get a nine to five job and lead a regular life. I don’t mean that it is wrong or the success is not there. It is the perception of the life through two different aspects. The kick or the happiness what I feel is to do something challenging and achieve your goal. So I find my happiness in starting my own business in the field of my passion that is technology. I had a strong inclination towards coding and computers so in the beginning it was more of a passion than business. When I see my brand labeled in our products it gives me a feeling of satisfaction. The appreciation from the customers for our hard work gives us the boost to work more efficiently with more creative ideas.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The key factor which makes us exceptional or different in the market is the bunch of creative people we have as a team. As a captain of the team, I feel confident and brave about the products we design because of the intellectual people working behind it with their 100% commitment. As a technology automation company, we drive other businesses through our products. We have been always making the deliverables from the scratch as tailor made solutions for each of our clients as per their requirements and business architecture. We never bounded us to any particular technology; we love to jump into the most suitable technology for our clients. Rather we make more hybrid solutions combining infrastructure, software and artificial intelligence. The most exciting thing in our business is little unbelievable to write here. Believe it or not we have started in 2007 and till now who ever took our services as a customer, they all are still connected with us and nobody left us or went to other solution providers. We can say we are proud of 100% customer satisfaction. We started as a four-person company from a small room rented in the downtown and now we have our offices in various parts of the world with more than 500 people associated with us. It was really not an easy way to get here. There were times when we struggled for our basic necessities. Somehow there was a positive power inside us to keep going in tough times. To step over the stagnancy of sales you need courage to accept the risk by investing what you have earned till now and to go over new places of the world to explore more clients. These kinds of step transformed our way of doing business and we are still very far from our ultimate aim. Well, there are limitless things you can learn while going through such a crazy path of business. Few of them are, – Don’t ever loose your hope no matter how many times you fail. – Failure is the first step of Success. – Keep faith on your own ideas. – Keep your eyes and ears open to grasp the knowledge from the people around you. – Believe in Karma and keep the good deeds, there is no shortcut to success other than hard work. Our company is a complete solution for any kind of technological aspect. We have expertise in almost all the domains of the industries like Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, Pharma, Marine and many more. We design and develop from small thing like mobile applications to heavy AI applications.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
What can I say, Dallas is one of the most beautiful place to live. If it is a week long trip I would suggest as below. 1. Chillout in the downtown and visiting the varieties of museums we have in the city. Like the Art Museum and The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza. 2. Visit Katy Trail for a day full of adventure with biking, hiking etc. 3. Visit Deep Ellum for a bashing party and club hopping. It is my favorite place every weekend. 4. Billy Bob’s Texas is a must visit for country music, bull ride and the touch of cow boys. 5. If you are visiting in the late September then please dont forget to attend the State Fair of Texas. It is crazy. 6. For food, hell lot of barbecue options are there which is a must try.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Yes, there is always someone in various phases of your life to show you the correct path to reach your ultimate destiny. In my life the first turnaround came when I was in my High School it was my tuition teacher Mr. Lazer Rao rather you can say good friend of mine. He is the reason of me getting attracted towards computers and programming. He was a technology enthusiast and we used to talk about the same for hours and hours. I started my first coding project using his desktop computer in early 2002. The second turnaround was another faculty of my Software Engineering school Mrs. Smriti Sharma who encouraged me to start my own venture as early as I was studying in college. She always motivated my ideas. I can still remember the brain storming sessions with her for the startup ideas we had. She is the first investor in my company also and she still possess the share. The third and last person is my wife Mrs. Shubhi Aggarwal who changed my way of business by her expert advises. By giving courage to take the risk, making my dreams as her own dreams and working hardly to achieve those. I am privileged to have her in my life as a partner of life and business both.
