Meet Pamela Massey-Carter | Realtor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Pamela Massey-Carter and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Pamela, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
I believe being completely transparent and honest has helped me build a brand that people know they can trust and be confident I will always protect their best interests.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I grew up playing sports so I’ve always been very self motivated, disciplined and competitive. I believe these are 3 very important factors in being successful as a self employed person. These factors also allowed me to earn a full basketball scholarship. After receiving my bachelors degree, I found myself working in sales/management in corporate America. I was tired of the rigorous schedule, compensation ceiling and lack of work/life balance. So, in 2016 my wife and I had a wild idea to quit our corporate jobs and start, from scratch, a Taco and Daiquiri Bar. I believe this was the entrepreneurial venture that gave me the push I needed to take the leap into real estate. I passed my state and National Real Estate exam in 2018 and became a licensed Realtor. Over the last 5 years I have worked very hard as a full time Realtor to build my book of business. I pride myself on providing excellent service to all of my clients. I believe in being transparent and honest, always keeping the internet of my clients first. My goal with each client is to gain a life long client and referral partner.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love Fort Worth and all of its unique attractions. I am a big outdoors person and love Mexican Food (go figure). I would definitely take my guest to the stockyards to shop in some of the local stores, watch the cattle drive, eat at Joe T Garcias (on their patio of course) and enjoy one of their great margaritas! Walking the Trinity River is a must and stopping to have a fresh lunch and cocktail at Press Cafe would have to be on the list. My last stop would be walking around the near southside area. South Main and Magnolia have some really cool places to grab a drink, listen to live music and shop local.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My wife, Bethany. She has always supported me and been my number one cheerleader.
