Meet Nyquan Sennett | Model

We had the good fortune of connecting with Nyquan Sennett and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nyquan, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I am from Houston, Tx. My background up bring my impact because I always wanted to be a role model. I loved fashion and I loved helping people pick out their outfits. As I got older I started to find different styles that fitted me. I always like to stand out and my character speaks who I am today. I was inspired also by my mom. She model back in the way & it gave me confidence and made me feel royalty the image of being on a cover and how the picture captured you. I loved those things and took the chance to model. Since then and now I made history and made my dreams come true.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I been modeling while I was in college. I was modeling, a resident advisor, working a full-time job and also joined and lead an organization. I did all this with time managing and can’t forget I was a full time student classes was in person. I did all this and made every moment count. I was able to do it and still come off on top and of course I studied and had free time. I also passed the semesters as well. I made it a will to live and enjoy life. Live my dream and take every challenge that came my way. Now that I have graduated I am a manager working for retail. Now I just work a full time and model on the weekends. Unless traveling then that would change.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
When my bestfriend come to town we always go out to a lounge where we eat and just hang. We love a place that not packed but also fun. We don’t have a favorite spot we just go out and explore.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I will like to recognize my mom and aunt keekee , because of them they help me fulfill my dreams and help me reach and connect with many others around the world. They help me start and they continue to guide and help me if needed. I have gotten to travel because of them and more.
