We had the good fortune of connecting with Nikolai Capone and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nikolai, have you ever found yourself in a spot where you had to decide whether to give up or keep going? How did you make the choice?
My co-hosts from the podcast and I are people that have constantly struggled throughout our lives. We believe that the struggle is one of the most beautiful things. The struggle separates us from people who were handed everything in their lives. We are the representation of people that refuse to give up . We refuse to conform to a society that doesn’t wants us to chase our dreams. We will ALWAYS keep going. We will NEVER give up.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’ve done everything from music, short films, skits, typical youtuber stuff, and more. This past year, I’ve taken the podcast seriously because I feel like there’s not too many people that truly care about the internet culture. I think what sets us apart from everyone else is that we give our guests the chance to be human.

I’m proud of everything that the Nikolai Capone Podcast (NCP) has accomplished, so far. Our podcast is constantly evolving and adapting to the climate.

I’m a bit of a perfectionist. We recently brought ChallengerFalls to help us be more professional. There’s still more to learn about this industry. Behind the scenes, it was usually a one man operation. I’m very picky about these things.

So, it wasn’t the easiest. A lesson that I learned along the way is that people will hate you, envy you, and want to destroy you. However, you just got to keep going.

I want the world to know that we are here to stay.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Some sites in the city that I like to visit are the Reunion Tower, The Dallas Arts District, The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, and the JFK memorial. I always recommend getting a bite at Serious Pizza. Overall, our city is filled with beauty, culture, and amazing food. We need to appreciate it more.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give a shout out to my wonderful co-hosts, Raisi K and Buddah Jones. There’s also ChallengerFalls that is the producer of my show and is always pushing us to new limits. King G & Retro EJ for always creatively pushing me and being like brothers to me. A big shout out to our recent guests that are big supporters of the movement, Mr. Sisco, Kold-Blooded, SixFootSlim, Be.Geniu$, 6ixth Street (Jamaal Williams), and Natsu Fuji. Of course a big shout out to everyone else that came through on the podcast these past few years, much love. Finally, my family, my friends, and the people that support the podcast. I cherish all of you deeply.
