We had the good fortune of connecting with Natalia Clark and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Natalia, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Counseling is such a big part of who I am. I pride myself in retaining the knowledge techniques that will help my clients reach their goals! I knew I would be a therapist from a very young age and I’ve always felt motivated to listen and be with others as they share. It was an easy decision for me!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I treat severe trauma, anxiety, panic, and depression. I use a blend of empathy, expertise, and commitment to help you heal from past and current trauma. I am an African American therapist who’s career has been dedicated to the gentle and effective treatment of trauma, depression, and anxiety for 14 years.I have provided therapy through outpatient, IOP, and PHP.i feel I best work with those seeking a professional safe haven for healing. This journey has sculpted me into a therapist who not only understands the nuances of trauma but who genuinely cares about the profound impact it has.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take a friend straight to the mall! The shopping in Frisco is so amazing and the people are kind and warm here!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I dedicate this shout out to all the trauma survivors I have had the honor of working with. Thank you for showing me what true strength and resilience looks like!
