We had the good fortune of connecting with Nadjibu Rusangwa and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nadjibu, what’s the end goal, career-wise?
Simply the end goal for me? which is behind the drive and success you see today and more to come in the future, and everything else that takes to be an Entrepreneur! The end goal is to own 1000+ apartment units across country in friendly taxes states. That will not only provide for the generation of Rusangwa’s but help Communities and charities my family and company believes in. At the end of my career My real estate business (NRREgroup) closes $10 millions in volume a every month, we got 2 department (Residential and Multifamily) and NRREgroup has 500+ agents/employees. And I bought other companions unrelated to real estate ( I always think about opening up a Men’s suit store or Shoes store)

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am a licensed real estate agent in Texas. My business model is to help DFW Residents find their dream home, Sell their home fast and make them net the most out of it and Find the right investment property to make a quick profit or longtime cash-flow for my investor.

The thing that set me apart from other agents is that everyone I help in real estate I educate them and share with the apartment game because I see them as my future partners on my apartment deals, How awesome it would be to help one of my past client own passive income every month, on something we talk about when they were buying their dream, That Excite me.

I got where I am today by not giving up and it was not easy, I overcame it by connecting my why’s to faces. What would selling 2 more house do for my Mom stuff like that, and I got good at creating a system and sticking to it.

The lessons I learned on the way were to take it slow and be successful for sure by creating a stranger foundation and surround yourself with like minded people and Don’t be so busy on succeeding that you forget your health and family.

I want the world to know that I am on a journey to do bigger things and impact a bunch Families for generations to come and I won’t stop until I get to my true limits and what I truly desire.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to Shoutout Grant Cardone. Grant changed everything in my life I was just a college student who was think about doing something criminal justice like a Detective ,FBI agent that kind of career, but this was not what I loved. I just thought it would be cool to carry around a Gun and enter where most people can’t and have more info than most people do. Anywhere one Video on YouTube of Grant showing an apartment game changed everything, I remember like it was yesterday it opened my eyes like the true american dream to retire my family and stay Bye-bye to poverty (generation wealth baby).

Then I had to go get my wealth. We always have someone in our life that can take you to the next step. I would like to Shoutout my true friend Raja Raheel Khanzada who was the stepping stone to my success today’s.Guiding me to the ins and outs of Real estate business.

I would like to Shoutout my mentor Cameron Butler, who made my first year as a Realtor taugher, and durable. The skills I got from you kept me in this business and made me hungry even more. Thank you boss.

Now here are some books, One thing by Gray keller,Zero to One by Blake Masters and Peter Thiel, Crush it by Gary V, Sell or Be Sold and Be Obsessed or Be Average by Grant Cardone, and How to become a Rain Maker by Jeffery Fox.
