We had the good fortune of connecting with Mr. Tony U Brown and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Mr. Tony U, what’s the most difficult decision you’ve ever had to make?
letting go of attachments to family and close friends to pursue dream

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I believe what set me apart is mindset. Usually coaches and other gurus give you hope an motivation (Yang effect). I feel there is a balance and some need a reality check. So I teach my clients how to navigate through the darkside (Yin).

One of the things I am most proud about is the development of the community I am building. My goal is to solve food deserts, by teaching the community and youth how to grow organic food from home in every environment. I am also building a Financial Education Center where were teaching youth film, credit building and much more.

Anything of great measure isn’t going to be easy, i get through it by focusing on the destination and enjoying the journey. One of the lessons i learned the most and which i teach people is the 6 degrees of discipline and knowing when to let go.

I want the world to know that anything possible with unity, if we all come together as a community we will over come any need.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I will take them to our community garden in the morning to feed the goats. I know a few owners of restaurants that we can go for breakfast and dinner.

Head to film locations we have across the town.
I would take them to my gun ran we have 15 acres, do some good shooting and 4 wheeling, (I teach gun training and safety.)

Friday head downtown to festivals and diners
Friday Night head to the west Indian night club (good friends with owner)

Saturday go sky diving
night head to one of the sophisticated clubs (HALO i am good friends with the owner)

Sunday go to church
