We had the good fortune of connecting with Miracle Petree and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Miracle, as a parent, what do you feel is the most meaningful thing you’ve done for them?
Making the decision to raise our daughter in separate households. I believe that building a happy life and being a healthy parent is the best decision that I’ve made for my daughter as well as myself. I want her to know that she deserves to be treated like a princess and to never settle for less.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Firstly, I am a model. I specialize in lingerie and boudoir. As well as car and truck shows where I work promotional booths. As businesses go I am the owner of a personal boutique I created called Simply Western Mama Boutique and I create custom shirts and anything sublimation. I absolutely love to create designs and learn more about creating different products for people to love. I also make self defense keychains for women who want to feel a little bit safer. Needless to say I dabble in a few different areas of creativity. I am always down to learn and try new things.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would say that the first thing we would do is go out to dinner somewhere local and have a drink and hang out. The second day we would probably go out to the zoo and spend time with our kids all day. Day three we could go down to the stockyards during the day and walk around and see all the sights and new buildings they have. Day four we could go see a movie somewhere and relax. Day five I’d say get a babysitter and go out on the town. Probably back to the stockyards and spend the night in a hotel somewhere. As a bartender in the Stockyards I enjoy going out there when we get a night off. Day six would be for recovery and just relaxing. Making dinner at the house and hanging out all night. The last day we could go to the park and let our kids play and say our goodbyes and see you later. We’d send them off and wait for them to let us know they made it back home.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
As cliché as it sounds, probably my mother. She is my number one supporter in anything I choose to do even if she doesn’t always agree with my methods. My mom is my bestfriend in the entire world and has been the greatest encourager when it comes down to my business pursuits and my daughter. She is the best mentor in the entire world and I hope and pray that one day I can be half of the mother to my daughter that she was and still is to me.
