Hi Marty, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
When I embarked on starting my own business, I was driven by the realization that we are on the cusp of a significant shift in the type of marketing content brands are creating. I wanted to empower real estate brands to embrace the current trends while positioning them for the future of content.
Having worked in the AR/VR space for five years, assisting manufacturing companies in utilizing this technology, I recognized the immense potential and practical applications that could be leveraged in the present moment. I didn’t believe that brands had to wait for someone to build a metaverse; instead, I saw opportunities for them to embrace these technologies right away.
This belief was reaffirmed when I sold my first branded AR filters to a local estate brand. Since then, my services have expanded to include branded GIFs and automated short-form video generation. Through it all, my focus has remained on creating content that is adaptable and easily transferable as new technologies continues to evolve and gain momentum.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
It all began with my fascination for emerging technologies, particularly AR, and my determination to explore their practical applications for brands in the present day. This led me to create a branded Instagram filter and GIFs that quickly went viral for a local real estate developer, garnering over 7 million views.
Throughout my journey, I’ve always embraced how new technology can help brands capture their audience’s attention and foster genuine connections in a natural way.
Running a one-person operation has come with its challenges. To overcome them, I’ve leveraged automations and cutting-edge tools like AI to streamline and scale up my operations. However, as a solo entrepreneur, there’s no hiding from the hurdles that arise. This has pushed me to grow faster, as I am constantly confronted with and resolving challenges firsthand.
I’m thrilled to embark on the next phase of my business. This involves applying the captivating animations and branding from my GIFs and AR filters to automated short form video content generation. By integrating these elements, I aim to revolutionize how real estate professionals engage with their audiences, ensuring their listings stand out and leave a lasting impact.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Start by enjoying a delicious lunch at BBCO for drinks and food. We then hop on bikes, and head down the bike path towards the city.
Maybe stop by to check out the farmers market, or an art gallery. Then continue pedaling along the bike path, to the causeway,.
As the sun sets, we’d bike back to Oak Ledge Park. Throughout the week, we discover hidden hiking trails, attend captivating concerts, and dive into the city’s culinary scene.
