We had the good fortune of connecting with Marcus Jones and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Marcus, what do you attribute your success to?
The diversely creative ability i have control of has always played a major role in my success and the brand’s success. Being able to have hands on access to everything I’m involved in gives me a comfortable thinking process to keep striving at a steady pace.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My brand is an expression of growing through adversity and challenges of life. To me TenHunid Isn’t just a T-shirt or Hoodie it’s a way of life, a lifestyle. Being that nobody is perfect but through tests, trials and tribulations you earn your respect as to who you are. Which bring me to my mission statement that is short and sweet…. RISE which stands for Respect Is Something Earned. No it’s not an easy road when wanting to build a solid foundation, but with persistence and consistency, anyone can create a legacy that stands out. I like to give away shirts to the homeless as well and I don’t post it on social media for any recognition it’s just something I choose to do on my own so feel it will bless me beyond measure regardless

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I like eat. So when I’m in the area ….. Fuel City is my first stop……. for my seafood cravings I personally enjoy Shell Shack. Can’t ever go wrong with this one …… but nothing beats a home cooked meal so I may stop in on some family and create memories….

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First and foremost I want to give a shoutout to God. Without him nothing in my story would be possible and as long as I keep faith I’ll never feel discouraged about falling short of the glory. Secondly I’d like to give a shoutout to my immediate family. They’ve always stood beside me right or wrong and through the ups and downs of life as well my close friends and associates.
