We had the good fortune of connecting with Logan Gali and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Logan, what do you attribute your success to?
At the heart of Logan’s Cookie Co. there is one sweet mission: to make dessert the highlight of every occasion. Whether it’s our gooey, unforgettable cookies or our festive seasonal treats, every order is crafted to bring joy, comfort, and a little magic to your day. When you order from us, you’re not just getting dessert—you’re getting peace of mind that the most delicious part of your celebration is covered.

Alright, what would you like the world to know about Logan’s Cookie Co?
What I want the world to know about Logan’s Cookie Co. is that it’s about more than just cookies — it’s about connection. I grew up watching my Nana bring people together through food, turning simple moments into warm memories around the table. That kind of magic stuck with me.

Through every batch I bake, my goal is to share that same feeling — to create sweet treats that spark joy, start conversations, and bring people closer. Whether it’s a cozy night in, a celebration, or just because, I want my cookies to be part of the moments that matter most.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
A Perfect Day in Fort Worth & Bartonville

8:00 AM – Morning Coffee at Summer Moon (Fort Worth)
We’d have to kick off the day with a perfect iced latte at Summer Moon—they have cozy vibes, great coffee, and it’s the perfect fuel for the day ahead.

10:00 AM – Wander the Fort Worth Botanic Garden
Next, we’d head over to the Fort Worth Botanic Garden for a peaceful stroll through stunning landscapes. The incredible Rose Garden is my favorite place to relax.

12:30 PM – Lunch at Pantry on Magnolia
After our garden walk, we’d head to Pantry on Magnolia, a cozy gem with fresh, flavorful comfort food and the best dumplings.

7:00 PM – Dinner & Live Music at Marty B’s (Bartonville)
We would end the day with dinner at Marty B’s—tamale pie, rooftop views, fire pits, and live music under the stars. Dancing and delicious drinks would be the perfect ending.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Logan’s Cookie Co. didn’t start in a boardroom or with a business plan — it started in a kitchen filled with laughter, late-night taste tests, and the unwavering support of the people I love most.

My family and friends are the heartbeat behind this dream. They’re the ones who encouraged me when I doubted myself, who gave honest (sometimes brutally honest) feedback to help me perfect every recipe, and who always showed up — fork in hand — ready to sample every new creation.

They’re the kind of people who believe in you more than you believe in yourself. The ones who remind you that your passion is worth chasing and your talent is worth sharing. Without them, Logan’s Cookie Co. wouldn’t be what it is today.

Every gooey, golden cookie carries a little piece of that love — and a whole lot of gratitude. This business is more than just baked goods. It’s a tribute to the people who helped turn a sweet dream into something real.
