We had the good fortune of connecting with Lehlieh Garyu and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lehlieh, other than deciding to work for yourself, what else do you think played a pivotal role in your story?
Embarking on the journey of self-healing has undeniably been one of the most pivotal decisions in my life. Recognizing the importance of prioritizing my mental, emotional, and physical well-being has allowed me to navigate the complexities of life with greater resilience and clarity. The process of self-healing involves introspection, self-compassion, and a commitment to personal growth. By addressing past wounds, fostering a positive mindset, and adopting healthier lifestyle choices, I have experienced a profound transformation. This decision has not only positively impacted my own life but has also influenced the quality of my relationships and interactions with others. Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
When I was 17 years old I had the worst menstrual cycles. I experienced fatigue, cramps, nausea, headaches, heavy bleeding and bloating. My physician at the time only gave me one option to completely alleviate the pain. A hysterectomy. At the time that was a very scary decision foe a 16 year old to make. Removing my uterus and never being able to birth a child was a very difficult decision to ,make. Ultimately I decided to decline a hysterectomy and find another solution. I did not have holistic tools to heal myself at such a young age so I was prescribed multiple suppressants. Some of the medications that were subscribed to me was 1200 mg of ibuprofen per day and birth control pills. I experienced 16 years of taking medications and finally during the pandemic I had time to research and mix herbs together that helped me heal my menstrual cycle. Since then, I have been helping other women heal their menstrual cycle through my infamous moon cycle tea.
