We had the good fortune of connecting with Lauri Ann Hanson and Aimee Schreiner Ives and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lauri & Aimee, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Being genuine and up front with our clients first and foremost has been critical in establishing longterm trust and repeat business. Any time you are in sales there can be a lot of apprehension as to whether you are getting the real deal and if promises are just tactics. Dwell Partners makes it our priority to keep our marketing fresh and eye catching while at the same time remaining true to our convictions when it comes to client expectations and communication. We have never over promised in order to get a deal, but let our marketing plan, track record, and past client referrals do the talking because those are the things that end the end will produce life long relationships.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well life looks a little different right now with COVID precautions so I’d recommend staying at the Jewel for the rooftop pool and view then from there we’d hit up the Farmers Market and get some exercise in around White Rock Lake before hitting up a favorite restaurant like Hudson House – can’t beat their blue cheese dirty martinis!

I am forever thankful to my business partner and partner in crime, Aimee Schreiner Ives!
