We had the good fortune of connecting with Lane Farr and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lane, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
I would have to answer this question with a very simple but powerful statement. My Faith in God has been the single most important factor behind my success in life and in business. My Faith in God has been crucial to the “Success of my brand” and the building of my Real Estate business and my client referral base. I truly believe when I started For The Father Realty Group I knew the deciding factor on us being successful would rely on our Faith in God and trusting His word to be true and His blessings will come to those whom have Faith.

What should our readers know about your business?
For The Father Realty Group was born of my passion and faith. I wanted to bring God glory not only through my personal life but my professional life as well. I think one of the things that sets our business in Real Estate apart is the way we do business. I had a vision one night asking God about how He wanted His business to run to bring Him Glory and He provided. One of the things revealed to me is that He is a generous God and that is one of the things For The Father Realty Group is going to be know for! Our Generosity! Our business plan is way different then the normal Realtor Company. You see in that vision I was told to give back to “The Church” not a building but God’s people. Well God’s people are the client’s of For The Father Realty Group!

So how we do that is we list homes for not the normal 3% Listing Fee, we list homes for 1% Listing Fee and that other 2% we rebate back to our client’s to bless them and their family! In 2020 we were able to give back over 100,000 dollars to our client’s and we are hoping and praying to double that in 2021!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well the first thing I would do is take him to the Fort Worth Stockyards for some Mexican food at Los Vaqueros! Day Two : Depending on what time of year they came to visit we would have to go see a Cowboys Game or a Rangers game! Day Three: Weather permitting I would have to treat them to a day at Six Flags! Day Four: We would have to take in the Perot museum followed by the Dallas Aquarium. Day Five: I would have to take them to a day of shopping at Grapevine Mills Mall, Buc-ees, Cabela’s, and then an evening at Top Golf Day Six: Tour the Sixth Floor Museum, Dallas Zoo, Kimball Art Museum, have lunch in Reunion Tower and take in some good ole live Texas Music that evening Day Seven: Church in the morning and then take them to breakfast at the Lonesome Spur in Justin, Tx

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to Shoutout to Jesus and My Wife Judy! Jesus has given me strength and trust in Him to move forward in the successful launch and building of my business in Real Estate! My Wife Judy has been my biggest support system and encourager! Judy has stood by me and prayed with me in every aspect and decision made in the company. Judy has helped with card designs, sign designs, been a sounding board on my ideas, and anything else that I have needed! I think without that type of support in a marriage and in business it is tough to succeed!
