We had the good fortune of connecting with Kristian Best and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kristian, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
My first major risk I took was moving from St. Louis MO to Dallas TX all alone to pursue my dream, even though at the time I had no idea what my dream really was. I just wanted a better life and I found much more. Without taking that first risk, I would have never found my purpose or career. I’ve always loved art and creating is my calling. I wouldn’t be anywhere near where I am today without it. Now I travel the entire country doing what I Love and it feels like my dream came true. I’ll Be featured on Renovation Impossible this Nov, Tune in!

Please tell us more about your work. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today professionally. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
I specialize in custom Resin art Floors, Resin Countertops and home interior design for many occasions. I transform your old floors and Countertops into amazing art. Each customers design is completely custom to their specific liking. I provide a unique experience with all my clients and they usually end up becoming more like family.

What sets me apart from others is that I’m a artist, not just a contractor; each client is allowed to help in creating the art we love to create. My attention to detail and quality is superior.

Getting started was no easy task, but what helped me stay focused is knowing I have to make My mom Proud.

A few lessons I’ve learned is;
Always do your best,
Help When You can,
Keep a positive mind set and
Listen to the voice inside of you.

It all Started in the small city of St.louis, Moved to Dallas Tx and expanded Nation-Wide, and now we are set to go global and become a household name in the Art Resin, Epoxy and Construction community.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
When I’m not working I spend most of my time Riding Four-Wheelers and Bowling. Dallas has fun for everyone. The DfW area has such a wide range of different cultures, foods and events that you cant go wrong in any part of the city. As far as eating, I recommend a Chimichanga from any authentic Mexican cuisine. Since moving to Texas I’ve ate tacos almost everyday and I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to thank my mother for supporting my dreams, always speaking life into me and being the best Mother I could have ever asked for, I Love you (RIP). I also want to thank my Dad for teaching me most of the construction skills I’ve learned that will be past down generations to come.

I also want to give a shout out to the book “Becoming Supernatural”. This book basically showed me some of the amazing powers each one of us have within ourselves. We have the power to shape our reality and really can achieve any goal we set as long as we put enough energy towards it.
