We had the good fortune of connecting with Katherine D. and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Katherine, what do you attribute your success to?
There are many factors that played a huge role in determining the success of Yuri 360. Our motivation, Authenticity, consistency, network support, relationship building, passion, etc. But to narrow down one of the most important would be our ability to provide quality services to our clients. We pride ourselves on delivering the best quality in all aspects of the business. Providing quality in everything that we do has had a significant amount of success within our business.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets us apart from others is our experience. We spent a lot of time researching, practicing, and perfecting our craft. I hate to brag but let’s just say that we are really good at what we do. That along, is something that I am very proud of. I got to where I am today because of my ambition, dedication, discipline, consistency, goal setting, and my partner Alicia (the other owner). O yeah, and let’s not forget because of all my clients! They trusted us with their events and told others as well! Building my brand was not hard but it wasn’t easy either. Again, consistency, dedication, ambition, and etc is a must. Some lessons I have learned along the way is to no matter what, never give up! Follow your dream. Don’t get distracted by what others are doing, trust the process. It will all workout. When building a brand, its one of those things where you just have to get out there and do it. You will figure things as you go. For example, If I were to through you in the ocean right now, what would you do? You natural reaction would be to start kicking your legs and moving your arms right? You may panic a little, however, your brain and body will instantly try to figure things out. All you know is that, you don’t want to drown so your going to do what you have to do to survive, your going to figure it out. I learned that when starting my business! Don’t be scared, just do it. I want the world to know that I did it, and that I am doing it! I am pushing through all the odds and building my business. Yuri means the light of god. I am the light of God and nobody can stop my shine 🙂

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
This is a tuff question because I have a few best friends and they all are nothing alike lol. In addition, I am not from Austin, I relocated here six years ago and I have yet to really explore the whole city. Austin is a beautiful city with lots of fun things to do and see! With that being said, I really need to get out more lol. However, I would say The domain is a good spot. They have the mall, bars, clubs, restaurants, scenery, and nice friendly people. So that would be a place where I would for sure take my friends when it comes to hanging out.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Yes! of course! I want to shoutout all the clients who has booked with us!
