We had the good fortune of connecting with Kareem Mossad and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kareem, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process was wanting to give back. I have learned many things in the business world (and life) through my unique journey and experience, and I wanted to start sharing that with as many people as possible.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?

I want the world to know that after 23 years of traveling the world, meeting and working with thousands of people, across tens of countries and cultures. working with teams under extremely stressful conditions and other very laid-back conditions. I have learned that we all seek one thing and one thing only. Fulfillment.

So I built this company to fulfill my own desire and set an example for how companies should be led. My mission has always been to help others achieve the same things we are all looking for. Being fulfilled, productive, being the best at what they do, learning while adding value, and growing while earning.

Sounds easy, but those basic principles are usually the hardest to deploy in a revenue-driven environment

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

Since I live in North Dallas, I would start by taking him to scrambler café for an amazing breakfast or Lunch. We will for sure spend some time walking, shopping, and eating around the awesome legacy west area.

I love taking my friends for mid-day coffee and sun in uptown Dallas, just a great vibe overall.

That outside area in Legacy hall where you can grab some of the best tacos and beer in town while basking in the sun with a great crowd.

I would also take them to Mazaj51 for some high-quality middle eastern food and hookah, YUM.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?

My late parents. they instilled fundamental values and principles that I still carry to this day. Patience. Grind. Belief. Fight. Dream. Integrity. Decency.
